With IU Solutions, users can schedule a visit to an iTech Center, get support via chat, and more. This app is designed to make the experience of employees and partners smoother with technology services offered by Itaú Bank.
The app provides access to the following services: chat, chatbot Íris, technology knowledge base, consultation of calls, opening of calls for microinformatics, equipment requests, scheduling, and waiting queue in the Itech Center and Digital Hub. You do not need to be logged into the bank's environment to access the app, and you can use it on your personal mobile phone. This means that if you are unable to use your corporate desktop/notebook for any reason, you have an alternative solution at your fingertips.
